Nice looking car.My Father had a 29 also just like yours.Except for the color.His was Dark green body with black fenders.

Adapted the bell housing mounts.

F1 brake pedal****embly is in. Relocated inboard. Have to heat and bend the brake pedal arm, hits the bell housing at the starter. Now time to weld in the crossmember.

This engine angle is way better. It's at 2* down from front to back.

Everything looks terrific so far, keep up the good work!

 

A little heat and the brake pedal clears the bell housing. Need to remake the bell housing mount for pedal travel. A few more things to do here.

Took a useless clutch shaft, not sure how it worked, and made it work for me. I needed a longer version. Now it's straight and longer.

Thanks! It's slow going but I am making some progress. I'm now figuring out valve spring pressures with shim thickness for the cam I plan to use. I'm hoping this car runs good. Already know I'm going to need another stromberg.

If you chop the top, I would like to see that. Probably not too hard but I've never seen it.

 

I'm going to take 3" out of the top and rake the windshield back. I'll post it all.
