Anglia gasser

    I'm looking for some info on a 48 anglia gasser that went by the name "Little Orphan Annie" was orange and raced on the east coast supposedly. If anyone knows any of the history on the car or just remembers the thing I'd like to hear it.

    any info at all? you guys are usually pretty good at history of these things.

    Have more pics of the car? The more info you can throw up here the more it might jog someone's rotting brain. LOL

    Once it's chopped like it looks like it is it's an altered. I think I remember seeing a photo of that car in some race coverage in a magazine way to hell and gone back in time. Back before color photos in rod magazines I think.

    Interesting you mention the altered look, I'm actually rebuilding it as an altered! Sorta.

    I'll get a few more pics, but most of the paint and markings are gone. The roof was the only lettered part left.
