Picked this up about a month ago, found it in a barn not far from where I work. I have been looking for a sedan project for awhile, and this is definitely a project. Choprods has already done up some floor boards and is patching the frame, so I have a foundation to start with, hard to tell in the pics but Kenny done a helluva job on the floor, I didnt have anything from the toeboard to the rear seat riser, now I gotta dance floor.
Looks pretty nice compared to the rusty ,overpriced piece of **** 36 sedan I looked at today that being said I still want it lol!
Been making some progress on the 36, I took the frame down to Choprods after the floors were finished, and got it back home in about a week, he replaced about 5ft on both sides, replaced the x member and boxed the inside, I wasnt sure it could be saved but I was sure if anyone could Kenny could save it. I worked all day yesterday, wire wheeled the rest and blasted the rearend, everything is now epoxyed in satin black. Its hard to tell in the pictures but about 2 weeks ago, after the frame came out from under the car I decided I would clean the body and see how it would buff out, I think theres enough paint left Im going to blend in what gone and make it match. Wish I had better pics but I think you will notice a difference. Thats it for now, next step is hanging the rearend, then deciding between splitting the bones or using a four bar front.................Thanks RP
