Axle id help pls
Here are my measurements:
37-40 spring hangers(they look like they are part of the housing)
53” wide backing plate to backing plate
59 1/4 outside width
Spring hangers are 47 3/4 wide

I looked at the one post of the mag article but my measurements aren’t jiving

 

37-38 is my guess. Cable brake years

 

'36 - '38 is my guess. Spring hangers are from around '39 - '40 and badly attached via bubble gum.
