  1. I never get tired of laughing at the craigslist ads that say "no paperwork but it's out of the DMV system so it will be easy to register". What a crock of bovine excretion.

    Why would anyone need to go to DMV 200 times, unless the person is a dealer. Preferential treatment?

    This is not a hard problem to overcome. The worst part of the DMV is the line. I would hire a professional. Regardless of what it is, an un***led car should be worth 1/4 to 1/2 that of a ***les car, as it is parts without a ***le. A ***le service can help, and they are worth their fee. I quit buying un***led cars when I learned one That p***ed through my hands had been stolen years previously, from a guy who had no ***le to it then. ***les have meaning, respect the purchasers asking price if they went to the trouble to get one

    Until recently I had both a dealer and vehicle verifier licenses.

    Yup. I don't understand why people think that they can reasonably ask for full market value for something that they cannot even legally prove that they own.
