History Another car id please!

Been trying to id this car for another person. I can't seem to nail it down. GM? Mid 30's? Thanks!

doesn't the hubcap tell you it's a Packard?

 

Definitely a '37 Packard

Yes, he's trying to figure out what car is in the picture. I saw the hubcap in the picture, and said to myself "Packard".

 

I was trying to read the hubcap but couldn't make it out!

The red hex in the middle. I guess if you haven't looked at Packards much, it's easy to miss.
