As you may have guessed from the ***le, I'm from Wisconsin, smack dab in the middle of the rust belt. Anyway, I have been reading the HAMB for awhile, but finally decided to join. I've been into vintage cars and trucks all my life, probably because of my dad's 1956 Chevy. (That he bought in 1971 for $100 ) He still has it, but he rarely drives it anymore. As for myself, I have a 1951 Ford F2 and a 1962 Galaxie. The truck is pretty much rusted away, but the flathead might still be good. I bought the Galaxie last May, but I didn't have a decent job until fall, so I've just started to get going on it.
cheeseheads are the best people in the world. . . even the ones who moved to MN Welcome to da HAMB from a former chu-boi-gun'ite
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I think Merrill has Sheboygan beat in the boredom department hands-down. Nothing here worth mentioning except the Ice Drags.
lgh1157: I'd like to post some pics, but I don't have any saved on my computer and the car's in storage right now. No scanner either.
