another daily driver wrecked

Here's what happened to my buddy's daily driver today about an hour ago, A guy ran a red light and hit him not sure of the speed or any details like that. He is fine but the car wasn't so lucky... it makes me sick just looking at it happened just in time to screw up the "Lone Star Round Up" for him.

 

That ****s !

 

On the brighter side... maybe insurance will pay off and he can find his future ride at the LSR??

Oh ****!! Glad he's ok. Cars can be fixed.

 

Glad he's okay.... he is probably feeling a little sick right now though, but it can be fixed and he wasn't hurt.... it still ****s though....

Bad enough to hear about it. Then when I saw the pic, OUCH!
Wife and I were out for a ride the other day when I guy came right at us off a side road and through a sign. Would have gotten us dead center on her side but I locked it up and came to a screaching halt. Don't know how we didn't get rear ended as well. Pulled up along side him at the next light and put my hands up like "WHAT THE HECK?" He just shrugged like OOPS!

My car's rust free original metal, still has less than 40K on it and less than 5K since the rebuild and I have to wonder when I'll get hit.....

And they think hot rods are a menace?

Just sick to think this happened to you right at the beginning of the cruise season too? Gonna be sore in the mornin. Good luck with the whole mess. Hope you come out ahead somehow.......

 

Glad he's ok, car sure can be fixed. What hit him, whatever it was most likely got totaled.

That really ****s. Tell him not to let the insurance company play their usual games. According to the law he can take it where he wants to have it fixed and they have to pay for it.

I've got a 4 door in the cl***ifieds that has way more parts than he needs to fix it!

 

That pisses me off. People are in such a hurry. Its good that he's ok and that the car can be fixed. My wife got t-boned last year in her Silverado, the person who hit her had no insurance so I had to pay my detuctable to get the truck fixed. Long story short 2 accidents in 3 yrs. neither our fault both times other person had no insurance. Wifes syatic nerve was f'd up in the accident, so she is on pain meds now and has to go to physical therapy. ***holes...

 

ohh man... I just got sick looking at that pic. this is just me, but if I could move after a hit like that, I would prolly be beating someone with my bare hands after they totaled my car. **** that is a gross pic man.
