Hot Rods Another exhaust question. 56 Ford

Ive searched through pages and pages looking for an answer. I've got a 56 Mainline with a 351w swap I just purchased last weekend. The previous owner pretty much used flex pipe from the manifolds to mufflers so the entire system needs redone. I'm looking to put headers on the car. I've seen in a few threads people mention the hedman 88400 or a set of foxbody mustang shorties. Has anyone used either of these in a swap? The posts I read said these MIGHT work but none really confirm.

Don't know how similar they are but I used a pair of fox-body Mustang stainless shorties on my '50 Ford with a 302. Fit like they were meant for each other. And...I bought them off of Amazon at a good value (I hate the word ch**p).
