    Hello,

Mike here from the Chicago Burbs. I'm 24, I've been into traditional Hot Rods and Kustoms for about 12 years now. I've been a registered lurker here for a while now. I used to post on the old (now defunct.) Hot Rod Deluxe Magazine Yahoo Group a long while back (different user name), that's when I first heard about the HAMB. Currently I don't have a ride that fits into the Rod or Kustom category, but I hope to find a project to work on sometime soon. I used to have a '54 Bel Air, but I sold it 'cause I thought I needed the scratch for college. Ended up not going to school and ended up with no car either. I have a "decent" knowledge of tradtional Hot Rods and Kustoms, but, compared to most of the people here I don't know*****. So, I'll be sure to post some dumb newbie questions if I can't find the answers through the search. I used to build and repair guitars for 3 years, so if anyone has any gee-tar q's I could prolly help ya out.

    Later,
    Mike

I'm gonna try to make it again this year. I was there in '04 and had a lot of fun. Had to miss the '05 meet though, too much***** going on at that time.
