I've been poking around here for a couple of years on and off, and am currently completing a cl***ic Land Rover 88" frame off engine swap resto - including replacing the frame project. It's not even done and I'm lookin' for another money pit, I mean 'project vehicle.'

I just completed the Lazze step 1 cl***, and was amazed at what someone (me) with no metal working skills whatsoever produced over the three days, with some initial guidance, and a whole lot of hands on work. My first project will be rebodying a tupperware bodied scooter.

The whole 'Jeeves, take this check to the street rod shop....' and ordering your entire car from a catalog is a like a trip to the golden arches- it's the same as the next one- yuk.

After spending hours looking at the homemade tools, ingenuity and creativity here, I'm going to sit back, shut up and try 'n learn.
