Another 'Glass Willys build

    1933-1936 Willys model 77 hinges are Ford 1932 Commercial - but not passenger car. Someone needs to figure out if the 1937-42 hinges are from Ford too....;)

    At the risk of sounding like a smart ass, have you considered having a tradesman weldor come and have a peek at your welds? I am not a ticketed weldor but some of the structural stuff you've pictured looks like flux core with marginal penetration. One man's unsolicited opinion and not worth a nickle.

    I do like a good Willys build however.

    I am a 'ticketed welder', and don't worry about anything that looks poor as it will all be inspected and redone if necessary when the frame gets turned over to finish all of the welds.
    Thanks for the concern though!
