    Thanx for ALL the replies guyz!
    What makes it soooo aggrevating is...I did just like most of you have said!
    I did use the copper-nickel tubing and it makes the bends wayyy EZ'er than the steel.
    I ruined several flare attempts by using a piece -of-poop tool. The bar would not line up flush unless I used a C-clamp to hold them even. The adapter pin must have been too small because it would slip to one side and make an oblong first step. (Got it from Advance!)
    Rented one from O'Reillys and it was MUCH better.
    Last flare I made still "weeped" even after torqueing it down several times. I cheated and put a dab of thread sealant on the nut and that seems to have stopped it from weeping.
    Looks like I may be successful because I went ahead and bled all 4 wheels.
