Another Hub Cap ID Question

These hub caps were in the trunk of BUD, the **** Ugly Dodge I bought a few years ago. BUD is a 39 Dodge Luxury Liner (4 door sedan) and I'm wondering if these are the caps that belong on it. They are about 9" in diameter and have rings all around the "ram" in the center.



Anyone know?
