Hey. You must share. Lol. I have an uncle up in acme named Andrea. Long hair and beard zztop style. Lol

  2. Yes they are sometimes a good investment. I have about 300 vehicles. They cost me on the average about $100 each. crushed they would average over $300 each. I have Two TD 14 A bulldozers. I paid $1000.00 eight years ago. Sold some parts from one for $500.00. They weigh about 14,000 LBs each at 10 cents a lb they will bring $1400. Buying old cars equiptment etc is a fun way of saving up. You can own them for awhile. merely enjoy having them. You can have great fun telling looky loos not for sale that your gonna fix them up. Its a collection like old coins. indian artifacts stamps ecy. You dont have to do anything to enjoy collecting & having them. Also they are the same as stamps, artifacts etc. After your gone plenty of people will come to your estate sale and bid on them. OLdWolf

If you are serious about trying to buy something, you may not want to go on a public forum, viewed world-wide, and call the owner a "typical" "gonna fix them up" guy. Or refer to his mother as an "ol lady". He may own a computer, hell he may be on the HAMB. No offense intended, as I don't think you meant any either, just a suggestion.

I love threads like this; really, I do! Lots of cool shots of neat ol' iron. Good inspiration for model projects. I also get a good chuckle because it would be a money making bet that most of the folks raggin' on the guy about not selling stuff either wouldn't buy it anyway or they'd try to beat him down so bad on the price that he WOULD s**** it rather than sell it. Y'all are a funny bunch a guys!

I would think that a slab of concrete would be a lot better than gravel... plenty of moisture evaporating from the dirt underneath a layer of crushed rock...

Anyone notice the 41 ford pickup between the red and blue trucks with 30 style headlights and a funky bumper?
