another juice brake conversion question..

so i have an early 30's complete axle drum to drum was told its a 32? still has all the mechanical brake attached. ive seen the piston ring and bearing spacer deal i also have later spindles and backing plates not sure what i should do replace entire spindle and hub or just get the spacer deal from speedway and sell the spindles thanks in advance
