Topeka area BBQ, H.A.M.B.ers welcome. This will be on Saturday June 24th, at our house we have lots of room to party. We live just outside a town called Hoyt which is 10 miles north of Topeka Ks. on 75 hwy. We are just 5 miles south of Harrah's Casino. Would love to have a bunch of old cars show up. One of the bad parts is I live on a dirt road, I'm only 3/10ths of a mile from pavements through. Bring the whole family. We have plenty of room for people to pitch tents or sleep in the loft of the barn. There are lots of hotels close for those that need one and also Harrah's Casino for those that want to stay up all night. We have a local cruise night we can crash in Topeka and make a poker run out of it if enought people want to. Any feed back will help on the poker run. Got a big bond fire ready if it get too chilly (right) but the fire pit will be going for smores. So far the menu we will be smoke meat and chicken, hotdogs and hamburgers for the kids. Just bring your lawn chairs beer, pop. If poeple stay over night we will cook a big breakfast also. Would love to have everyone come out even if its just for a little while. Its my birthday on the 11th and the wife is taking her paramedic test next weekend. so its party time on the 24th. Give me some feed back and let me know if you can come. Richard
