Just joined today. I been lurking around here off and on for some time and determined that this is the place for me.....if you will have me. I am new to rodding but I am learning very quickly. I am doing all my own rough body work and will leave the final to someone with more experience. I am currently building a 1948 Ford F-68 (now and F-1) on a shortened 1973 Chev 1/2 ton chassis. The suspension has been lowered 5" from stock. I have found out that there is a lot to learn in rodding especially when you are doing transplants and major re-constructive surgery by placing a Ford on a Chev and it seems that with every step I take there is a transplant rejection of some sort along the way. Current progress pic below. I also just purchased a 1951 F-68 that I plan on installing a 460 and automatic trans.
