    Thanks Gary!
I have always wanted to put an early Olds w/Hydramatic in a '50 Chevy coupe. The body sheetmetal is so similar I wonder if the chassis are about
the same?I would like to have a '50 Chevy & Olds side by side to measure.
The only way I would do it would be if it can be done without cutting the
chassis or firewall.I have a "thing" about trying to build early style hot rods
without butchering the car up so it can't be returned to stock.
The '40 Ford cpe./Olds I am building, like the previous ones is "uncut"!

    Mickey,
Welcome and I like your choice of cars to build, mine is a 40 also. Good luck with yours and post some pics when you can.
