This will be a re-do of my '40 cpe.that I built in high school.Sold it for a car with a back seat.(stupid move just for pussy) No Billet EVER! (except the flywheel in the dragster). Thanks Gary! I have always wanted to put an early Olds w/Hydramatic in a '50 Chevy coupe.The body sheetmetal is so similar I wonder if the chassis are about the same?I would like to have a '50 Chevy & Olds side by side to measure. The only way I would do it would be if it can be done without cutting the chassis or firewall.I have a "thing" about trying to build early style hot rods without butchering the car up so it can't be returned to stock. The '40 Ford cpe./Olds I am building,like the previous ones is "uncut"! MickeyD
