I'm 53 years old and have had a wrench in my hand as long as I can remember. My Dad and brother were both gifted mechanics long before I was born. The first car I worked on was my Dad's '46 Ford and I hope a flathead is my last ride also. I drove a '34 ford pickup in high school. I had yanked the flathead and replaced it with a 312 y block. When the axles held up it would haul ass! A long line of different pre-war cars have passed my way but my older brother had a '32 Cabriolet that I always coveted. Upon his passing last year my nephew said take it home, so now after 30 years in the barn and pasture I intend to bring it back to life with a full mill flathead, the way Henry intended! The car was channnled and had the fenders raised to run bobbed front and rear fenders and I'm going to try to keep it as much like it was as I can. If I can figure out how to post a photo I will or I can email t to someone who has more computer savy than me. I spent most of the last 29 years in aviation so this will be a welcome return to my roots. Great forum guys!

Awesome...another 32' channnled cabrio. I'd love to see pictures of it the way it looks now. I saw the one picture of it from back in the day, Very COOL! Heres a picture of mine, unrestored from the 50's. Johnny
