plain *** bad **** i'm still shakin my head with all these stolen cars that have been posted on Hamb lately not a lot of happy ending so far maybe there following them home or bugging the car to track it might have someone running the plate for the cars location
Agree..i felt the same way after Chris T-bird and a few other high end cars came up missing...although alot of them chevy's
In Las Vegas, the cops put out bait cars to catch car thieves. It seems to work pretty good. Too many thieves out there to catch them all, but at least it sends a message that the community wants to do something to stop this ****.
My neighbor's stepdad was a victim, they took his split window Vette. he got it back unharmed about 2 weeks later by sheer luck. He had some J hooks installed in his garage floor and tied the car to em to prevent it from happening again. He traveled off and on and felt secure until he came home, a month after the theft and gone for only 2 days, to find the hooks cut from the floor and the car gone again, that time for good. This was in Melvidale, MI. ****ers...
I hear ya Until something is done in this country to change the laws , and watch what goes out of here, this wont stop..obviously theres a market and money to make these cars a target. the fact that most of these stories show little Police involvement , speaks volumns on how they view this..it doesnt generate revinue..so they are not interested in putting their ****s on the line for your property...so its our job to make the pressure
