Hey, what's up? I thought you guys might like to check out this 28 Ford I picked up. The car was mocked up in Portland Oregon in the early 70s and never completed. It has Borani knock off's and a four banger Merc Cruiser with side draft Webers. Russ Meeks built the ch***is which has a rack, disk brakes and coil overs. I called him recently he remembered everything about it... Amazing! <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o> Anyway, here's a few pictures.<o></o>
Hey thanks! I'm not real sure how I want to finish the car at this point... Appreciate your response.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
A great canvas to create on! Personally, it doesn't appear to need much more than some elbow grease (maybe a buggy spring up front?). I love an overhead banger in a roadster. What's the trans? Russ Meeks history is a bonus. Enjoy.
Neat project! Looks like it'll be a blast when it's done. Is that a Jowett Javelin in the background????
The Velorex is from Czechoslovakia. But it is pretty weird... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Velorex Cool Model A...
I remember reading about someone in England who was using one as a daily.. think it was in Practical Cl***ics or something. Seen em in Europe, NEVER seen one in America.
