Hi I'm Keith, Fastsporty introduced me to the H.A.M.B. I'm a custom car and wheel designer living in SoCal. I do alot of illustration work for R&C and Classic Truck Magazine, and designed the Edelbrock wheel line, so love em or hate em I'm responsible. I also laid the lines down for Fastsporty's '30 P/U you might have seen last year on the H.A.M.B.. I'm building a traditionally customized'54 Ford Vicky. I found this car for $500. in a friend of friends Culver City backyard in 2002, progress slowed down last year as my business needed more of my time then the car, hopefully this year I can actually drive it. Fast sporty has helped me with alot of the metal work. He and I and another buddy are getting the car ready for VLV '04 The car will be powered by a factory Tri-power equipped 390 FE with a narrowed center RV cam giving it a real lumpy idle, and great drivability , backed by a toploader 4 speed and a slightly narrowed nine inch housing 3:50 gears. The Torq-Thrusts are temporary and will be replaced by reversed O.E chromes. I've built alot of cars most of them muscle cars, this is my first custom, and the first car I've done custom metal work on. I figured I've been designing these cars for eveyone else it's about time I build one for my self. I will post a pic of the design at a later time. It can also be seen on my site at www.kaucherdesignwerks.com Talk to you soon. Keith
Gee.. it only took you 8 months to get a intro out, Its about time, Soon this will become addictive and you won't spend anytime designing, not get paid , lose your house and you'll be livin in your 54' next to a dumpster somewhere welcome.

Welcome! Nice illustrations and design work. I've salivated over that drawing you did for Fastsporty. If you all get that one up to Vegas I'll check it out. I think Tracy owes me a beer anyway.

I'd love to take it to VLV, but Fastsporty doesn't have all the parts yet. Plus we have our hands full with the Vicky. Fastsporty wants to build another rod first anyway, so when we build the one I designed we really know what were doing.
Thanks so you've seen my wife. I've had that car for 12 years now the longest I've ever kept anything.
Welcome, was going to give ya some shit about "designing wheels", thought some cave man did that. BUT!! you said 390 tri-power, thats what I been runnin for 30 years. Have over 250 K since last rebuild!! Love that 6 pack! Welcome.....OLDBEET
Hi Old Beet. That's good to know cause I want this car to be a reacher. I want to drive it everywhere. Hows the mileage on the open road?
