Just got home from the show, I spent some great time there with my family and met a lot of new friends in Austin. Now to go to work on my stuff in a warm shop! Thanks for shairing!

Thanks Tommy my dad had a great time at the show. He's 85 years old and don't go to shows. Winning best of show shocked him. I got him talked into two shows this year (Salina Ks and The Revolution). Maybe next year I can talk him into a couple more.

I had a blast. Cruising through downtown Austin early Saturday got me quite a few stares and a couple smiles. I didn`t know there was judging at the show (?).

 

Thanx for the great pix, this is the coolest show ever. I am so pleased for all the the posts to take me there via some great lens work. Nuthin but creme de la creme at this gathering. ~sololobo~

 

It's a mid 30's lakes special that I built it for my wife a couple of years ago! It's a tribute to her late father Al Grice... a hot rodder from Escondido back in the day!

Looks like a mix of modern and old aftermarket pieces. Recent build?
