Any good reviews on Cokers new American Classics radials? My firestone ribbed fronts are toast after 3500 mi.

Hi. Up to now I have not used the radials. Still running the old Sears Allstate brand bias on my 46 coupe. I have been waiting for the new Diamaondback Auburn radials to beome avalible because they will offer them in all the old 15 & 16 inch tire sizes of the 40's & 50's insead of the later design fat tire sizes.
But they keep delaying taking orders on these tires as they are still in testing & development stages at this time. They are also talking about a release sometime this fall.

Good luck on finding what you need now. Jim

Why did your Firestones only last 3500 miles? I'd be trying to figure that out.

Racemad55 have you got close up straight on photos of the tread of both tires? Even with hard driving they should get more miles than that. lots more like between 10 and 15K. Inquiring minds want to know.
