Bought this model a coupe over the winter, and put it in the super secret batcave, until recently. Now its in the 815,being put on a new brookville ch***is that was started a while ago with my 29 rpu,but have decide to switch plans(Not a big surprise if you know anything about the way my brain works)Its just a way further along body, nice paint, and very complete.Plans are to put it on the ch***is which is already mostly set up with a 59 9 inch rearend,4 inch drop axel,hairpins,327 auto trans,etc...hope to have a runner by this april, may. Then hopefully NOT get too attached so I can sell it and get back to the rpu which is what I really want..
So you're robbing the ch***is from your keeper project to build this project to flip so you can get to your keeper project next year??? Sounds like something I would do...
Its not as dumb as it sounds,i have about 1500 in the ch***is set up,need all new metal for the rpu, which will run in the 25 3500 range,I already have the ch***is paid for the coupe body paid for,the coupe body has a jenky a frame set up with econoline steering, chevy rearend, not the kinda setup you really want for a nice car,so i thought it makes sense to use the good of what I have already and use the stepping stone system(,which has not worked for me in the 10 years I ve been trying this),but maybe this time it will be different...
yeah,A group I hang with say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results,I have come to call it my lifestyle..It keeps me excited I guess,I dont get too surprised when it doesnt work out according to plan....
