Hot Rods Answering Hot Rod E-Mails

What would your reaction be if you walked into their shop and asked the guy behind the counter for what you needed........... and he turned his back and ignored you. It's much the same deal. You should exercise the same reaction.

And to the guys saying that it could be due to being smothered under an avalanche of unopened emails, that's horse ****.
If you are not going to answer emails, why the hell even have an email address advertised???

Just a very poor at***ude towards the very people who put food on their table. Find someone else to deal with.

 

.....then it will be a 180 day wait to get your order filled when they do get around to responding

These 3 have the parts I need.also these parts cost a lot of money. I like to make a person to person hand to hand exchange my money with their parts.

 

One also has to remember it is well into show season and some of the smaller companies mentioned may be at shows like Goodguys, Santa Maria this weekend etc so it may take longer to reply. Companies like Ride Tech though should have someone dedicated to dealing with customer service.
