;)As a matter or curiousity and not knowing where to put mine, where does one mount an antenna for the radio so the placement doesn't look goofy. I have a '42 Ford COE that is under construction and nearing paint. I like the hidden bit, but where? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use a CAT antenna and mount it on the inside of the windscreen. A place like Dakota Digital has them. I have them on two of my vehicles although in the 48 truck I used a conventional side mounted antenna in the factory location.

  3. I just fitted an Antenna to my 41 Ford COE and bolted it to the Radiator support frame, so it is hidden behind the grille of to one side, I haven't moved it out of the workshop yet but I have managed to tune it to one station so far.

I used a standard antenna mounted under the wiper cover (sideways). I can pick up a lot of stations.
