I have trouble posting, so please forgive me if this is a repeat. The Nationals will be held on Sunday June 3rd at Irwindale dragstrip located just West of the 605 freeway off of Arrow Highway. Gates open at 8 a.m. 1954 and older cars & bikes. Irwindale is a 1/8th mile strip. Questions? contact me at jimb4e4@gmail.com

That's great news! I took my car to last year's Antique Nationals along with a bunch of family and friends. What a blast! Everyone had a great time. I have been waiting since that day for the next one to come along. I was so afraid it wasn't going to happen after AAA Fontana was shut down.

Thank you so much for putting this on. I know it must be a tremendous amount of work. Just know that I and hundreds of other people really really appreciate it.

Do we know what the deal is with fuel and mufflers? Either way, glad it's back on. I have been going for years... and my dad since late 70's. Hate to see it go away...

Gasoline only, mufflers will not be required but I'm not sure yet if dragsters will be allowed to run. Typical of strip operators, they are not very responsive to phone calls, etc.

We sure hope they allow dragsters... Hate to finally miss one because of this silly change...

  7. That would suck!!! I think the layout will be great for this show. The pits are closer to the stands and the car show. Mooneyes is always good show.

The 4 ever 4 club Bar-B-Que will be held at the Irwindale track on Saturday June 2nd. They open at 9am and kick some tires. Food tickets will be sold that day. Always a nice warm-up event.

Getting ready for this Sunday and excited to see what the day has to offer. Is there going to be race gas available. I see there's a general admission fee of 25 bucks is that for spectators also, see ya Sunday,

Irwindale requires Helmets and wrist restraints in all open cars.
