    It looks like a 2-3" chop. Just enough.

    The twin four banger was built by the Mancillas brothers (my uncles) in the early 70's. The chassis was built from some type of thin wall tube for a top fuel car at the time, but could not support the weight. My uncles bought the frame and thought it would look good with two bangers in it so they did. They also run a turbocharged 27T. Both cars were featured in a 1970? Hot Rod magazine article. As a teen I saw the twin engine started at Orange County, but it was never raced. The chassis material was too light.
