Hot Rods Any Altered Wheelbase Mopar Fans?

    I'm a huge fan of those Altered Wheelbase Dodges and Plymouths! In fact, I recently picked up two 1965 Chevelle 2 door sedans with intentions of doing an altered wheelbase, streetable version. Been collecting parts for a while and soon to commence work. There were actually quite a few Chevelles done by independant racers back then and I hope to build something similar.

    This thread rocks! I am a huge fan of A/FX cars, but have a real soft spot for valiants as i own a 66.

    Just finished one AWB 65 Dodge for Clay Kossuth of up around St. Louis,Mo.............another in the works for another customer from the same area..........and a 65 Plymouth coming in soon for the same treatment from Il. ...and my AWB 65 Comet is still sitting in the corner........

    There is a pretty cool '65 Dodge AWB here in Wa.....white....It may be at the drags this weekend....I'll get some pics if so...
    For now, here this one....

    Mine isnt a mopar, it is a ford (65 falcon), Im still working on it. Moving the rear end (10") and the front fenders(5") wasnt a problem although welding everything back up is taking a long time.
