Any Chrome shop in K.C.?

    Are their any good chrome shops at or near Kansas City? Any hwlp would be appreciated!

    The engine looks good. It will take me to next weekend to get around to cleaning it up. Noyhing is tore up and the origional paint still looks like where I knocked the dirt away. It will be a couple of weeks before I can crack it open to look around.

    Thanks for asking around for me on the chrome!

    Yhere are several around town and a bike chrome shop in Independence I think but hold on to your butt when you call. Wanted to get a half hoop roll bar about 20" tall by 18" wide done. 300 bucks!! Bull, its gettin painted!!

    We have some guys out in Cuba that we have had luck with. Have to find there no. They also do some good metal work.

    Yesterday a guy showed me a Studebaker bullet nose of pot metal that he had done somewhere around KC and it was incredible. $150.00 He thought that was a lot but I thought it was a fair price for the job that was done. I will try to find the name of the shop but I only see this guy ocasionally.

    hey kc there`s a good one here in topeka.Industrial Chrome.pretty resonable prices i think.i had a magnum 5 inch drop tube axle done for 80 bucks!number is 785-235-3463.not sure if you want to travel but could be worth your while.
     
  8. That aint too far to Topeka-But theres AA bumper in KC.They are good at bumpers,But I dont think they do any small stuff.

    Thanks everyone! I will start checking them out! Right now it would just be small stuff that would need to be chromed.

    A&A do small stuff.
    In fact they've done a ton of stuff for me.
    Although, I've seen a rise in prices too.

    I have looked up A&A but haven't heard much about them. I will look into it.
