SEMA's kinda like Sturgis, you gotta see it to appreciate it. Been going since the '80's.

  3. A few more pics! I gave up early today, probably about 80% seen so far. So much to see & plan to buy. 010 (640x360).jpg 056 (640x360).jpg 025 (640x360).jpg 020 (640x360).jpg 031 (640x360).jpg

I know some of these pic's may not be totally HAMB friendly but ya gotta love the Hot Wheels Twin Mill, I loved that little car as a kid.

So today's Friday the last day still haven't seen everything. Hell I haven't seen some of the stuff Bill posted. Gonna try to hit it again before they start breaking it down and hit the SEMA ignited show tonight. Still haven't cought up with Bill, hey Bill will call you today. We both exchanged phone numbers but the time just got away from me.
Will post more pics if they are HAMB friendly. Going to find that booth for Webb and that flat head conversation for the small block Chevrolet, don't know about you but I'm curious, an some what dubious.

Well I found the Webb Motor works booth and took some pic's. The conversation is a cover for the small block Chevrolet . The intake is molded to fit the block on the inside and is a functional
3×2 manifold flat head look alike on the outside. They use a stubby distributer under the intake. I'm not clear on how the water pump works but they say it works fine. The truck was running and driving and they also had the Lincoln V-12 running in the AC. The Web site is www.webbflatheads.com
    Here's some pics.

Just a few more pics tonight I got to meet Linda Vaughn, she was upset about Barris's p***ing, gotta include that pic.
If you guys ever get the chance to go to SEMA don't p*** it up, it's a car guys dream. Well I'm gonna go soak my feet, get some shut eye and catch a plane home in the morning.

Just got back last nite. I am no longer a sema virgin. I thought I could see it in two days and then spend the rest of our time on the strip WRONG! Three days and we still didnt see everything. I was amazed at the famous people walking around with all us common folks.

  15. I finally returned home last night. My SEMA experience was part of a 10,000 mile, 2 & 1/2 week transport journey. Sorry we were not able to get together Elwood. I had a great time at the show & now am going through all the catalogs & information to see what goodies I am going to order. I found stuff for all 3 of my cars & have a big build up of ambition since seeing all the stuff @ the show. I will be thrashing during the holidays!

Just my 2 cants worth. I live in Vegas and have been to the SEMA show 3 times. I have got to give you guys credit that comein from out of town to go to this thing. It is such a crazy h***le just to get a ride over there with traffic etc. Parking they gouge you and I'm a local, lol. just getting a ride over there is a pain. But once inside if you got a hint of car guy dna in you you will be in nervana. First time I went I had no clue and went into one of the side auditoriums and they were showing tire changing machines and balancers. I aint ****tin you there must have been 500 plus machines in there. One tip is only get literature on things you might be interested in or you will walk out with like 40 lbs of the stuff in plastic bags which start cutting into your fingers after a while. Tons of car celebs all over the place. most pretty friendly. Anyway its pretty cool all in all I got to say.yruhot
