Any idea who makes this steering arm??

With the way the center is cast into it I thought it might be Super Bell but Pete and Jakes confirmed their biggest drop is ~4".

This looks to be 5" or maybe more?? Any idea who carries these??

Interesting thing about their catalog (#43), they describe their dropped arms (AR-2119) and deep drop arms (AR-2121) but never say how much the drop is. WTF?

Anyway, it doesn't look like a CE to me.....
