I got a great find this weekend. I found this vintage ignition still in its box in the dumpster. I am helping a good friend clear out his garage because he's closing after 30 years because of a jerk of neighbor. I was loading the dumpster when i found this little thing. Anyone ever use one or know what there worth?

Wow I'd be hooking that up and mounting on my firewall ASAP. Heck even if it doesn't work I'd still put it in just for the cool factor. If you don't want it PM me, I'm sure I could dispose of it...

Sorry wyle E. But i don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. I'm trying to decide to put it on display or put it in one of the cars.

yeh stick it on, cant do any harm..the only drama with them is they provide such a small current to the points that they can 'glaze up'..but if its switchable, turning it off now and again will clean the points. I had a bosch one on a car for a while (shhh a Fiat Bambino..500cc) and i swear it made 50% more power with the bosch box on! 30hp instead of 20!!
