any MAC tool dealers here

I am looking for some tips for the shops plazma cutter. It is a model pca 30-ps. I think all it needs are tips, the ones we have are all burnt up and it only cuts part way into the metal and melts it without cutting all the way through no matter what thickness it is. Any help would be much appreciated.

The part I believe you need is the electrode, it's a consumable. The part # is 57004-807-0051, they come in a 3 pack. If you don't have a distributor you can call 1-800-MAC-TOOL and follow the prompts to Customer Service. You may want to check with Tech Service to verify the part #. Hope this helps.

thanks for the info, I was on MAC tools website at lunch. they sell electrodes, tips, or an entire tip rebuild kit for 90.00. If I only need the electrodes that will be cheaper.

 

check with Nu-Tec systems.weldingDIRECT .com.i get all my stuff from them. just got a flex head for my mig gun.
