Due to my lack of funds when the new Air gap 318 Poly Intake was available 5 or 6 yrs ago I missed out getting one.......the situation is a little different now so does anyone know of one available now?.........or what would it take to get another run of them made.....I'm serious about this last question as there would be a market for a number of them here in Australia that I would be interested in pursuing..........anyway at the very least I want at least 1 of these Air Gap intakes.........can anyone help?.........contact me thru here or direct via my email at scaleautomobilia @ yahoo.com thanks, Andy Douglas
I think that intake you mention is still avalible. I think i saw an add for it in a mopar magazine this year, but which one I dont know. Maybe Chrysler Power magazine
Slayer.........the latest on the Chrysler Power website states that "we are suspending production on all valve covers andf manifolds until further notice"........I have had a 318 Poly in my 1940 Dodge since 1973 with a Weiand 7503 single 4 intake but the Weiand intake has suffered from corrosion over the years and I am kicking myself for not getting the Air Gap Intake when it was released..........313/318 Polys were a standard(and ONLY) fitment on Oz mopar full size V8 cars from 1957 to 1966 and were only ever 2 barrel carb engines so 4 barrel intakes are keenly sought.............andyd
