Any of you fellas do plating?

I am looking to plate a 53 chev grille with a couple of extra teeth. Thought I would try here first.

What guy in Mt Vernon? I haven't lived in WA long and don't know of anyone here. Have you got a name? Any idea what kind of work he does?

Hell, that's only 2 miles from my place. I'll look him up. Thanks. I am not looking for show quality, jsut a decent every day finish. Price is always a factor too. thanks for the info.

 

Hook up with Shiney (29EHV8). There's a guy on Vancouver Island (Don, I think) that does great work, and with the exchange rate should be a pretty good price as well.

 

I do plating, but I'm quite pricey and a long way away.
If you want to save a buck I can help you on prep advice.
So the plater does minimal work.
If you do good prep you should get quality plate back with almost any plating shop.
If you can use the local guy and do your own prep you might come up with a good quality finish and low bucks.
