Well here’s my opinion which is worth nothing. Whatever tricks your trigger because it is your car.

 

My old coupe - sold it to help the family - one day (soon) I will have another one

 

The black coupe was built in the USA. and now reside in NZ

This blue coupe was featured in R&C, features a funky dropped axle, and resides on a late 20's Chev chassis

Dunno where I picked up the picture of the baby blue coupe

 

Responsibility sucks. I had some unexpected expenses and the coupe was the only thing I could sell without losing a ton of $. So, down the road it went. I hope to have another someday as well.

 

Seen this car in person, very nice looking, cool ride.

 

Chopped.

 

I agree they do look better channeled. I'm going to try my 29 coupe un-channeled, just to keep things simple, with a deuce frame set down to 6" ground clearance and some large diameter tires.

 

This is the decision I'm trying to make right now.

Just saw this thread....."liked" it all....my finger woulda fell off if i hit the like button............

 

I planned to chop this but once I drove it around in it’s original form I decided to leave it as is.

Built this one in the late 60's, and drove it to several Nats in early 70's.

 

photo from 1969 not on the street then, but I still have hope that it will come out on the street someday.

 

Nope!..... and for me don’t channel it. A friend made some rolled panels to cover the frame from the body line down and it looked great.

 

This is an old thread but didn't want to start a new one. Anymore pics? Really thinking of not chopping the body I just got because it's so clean.
