Customs Any Prescott Arizona HAMB'ers out there?

I am trying to buy something small on Craigslist that's in Prescott, and the seller (who is an antiques dealer) will only accept cash and will not mail anything.
I wonder if somebody could do me a favor and help make this happen by going to the seller.

PM me if you can help as this doesn't need to waste a ton of bandwidth.
