Any restoration/customizing jobs out there

Didn’t want to flood the main page with this. I have been looking for a restoration/customizing job in or around Boston with now luck. I wanted to know if anyone knows of any shops that might be hiring around Eastern Mass, or hell anywhere maybe I would think about moving if I found something good.
