quick background....followed a girl from pa to ga, things arent goin so well, and I think I need to get out of here. I'm open to pretty much any location, ideally a job in a shop, but i'd consider anything. little bit about me and what i can do. I'm 27, i've been a tech for 7 years now, worked for nissan, bmw, and some private shops. I spent 2 summers doing a/c on everything from old brit sports cars to school buses, now I'm doing land rovers, jags, and audi's mostly. I've also sold/installed aftermarket parts (exhaust, lift kits, lowering kits, shifters...all that stuff). I have a few ase certs, i've been meaning to take more, but the time and money never come at the same time. I can use a mig, its ugly, but im getting better. i enjoy challenges. I'd like to learn body work, upholstry and paint at some point also. I learn fast, work hard, and i'm pretty good at what i do. If you have anything, or know of anything, let me know. I probably wouldnt be ready until november or so, but for the right offer, i'd be availabe sooner. i'll sweep floors/help with whatever if the pay is reasonable. seriously, give me an excuse to be there, and I'll show you what i can do
Not knocking the great state of Georgia or the great people there, but you might have much more opportunity's if you consider Florida too. With some of those top-brand names you mentioned, you just might end up with a sweet deal in like South Florida earning some real big green. Remember second most forecloseres in the U.S., homes going for penny's on the dollar, {well almost}. And lots and lots of WOMEN, BEAUTIFUL WOMEN, 300 days of sunshine a year, and did I mention the WOMEN, oh wait, gotta go my wifes calling, GOOD LUCK BROTHER!!!!!
you can knock georgia all you want, I'm actually from PA, and i'm not limiting myself to anything, I'd consider anywhere in the country.
Do a search for Sakowski motors in Wilmington NC. He was posting for help wanted a while back on here and maybe he still needs some help.
