    Anyone notice he "welded" reinforcements on top of the axle ends ?

    And the steering hoop hits the axle.
     
  3. wonder why you would reinforce a forged axle then use a hardware store bolt for a kingpin?

    Not even on a lawn tractor! I broke the factory welds on my tractor front axle on the 4th and the dam spindle fell off king pin and all! that just screams dangerous to me!

    Easier, and safer, to modify the oil pan.
