There isn't all that much too it. There's a high spot above and below the beltline and that's where I made my cuts. I made filler pieces about 12 inches in length and shaped them over a railroad tie. There are plenty of other methods for that....english wheel, etc. It gets tricky at the front of the door and below the sail panels where there's a compound curve...nothing a shrinker/stretcher can't handle. It's a ton of work, but worth it in my opinion. My old '51...
