Any Willys owners/fans?

Hello!

I have a '53 Aero Falcon sedan. I'm getting started on the re-ainmation of it for next summer. Are there any other Willys fans or owners here?

 

im sure there are many willys fans here.

i know im one, had a 40 p/u, have a 41 coupe. also got a 38 sedan, but its up in montana, gonna drag it down someday

I'm a huge Willys fan but I've never owned one. I'm glad that some guys like the fibergl*** bodies enought to build 'em but I just can't bring myself to do it. Gonna hold out until I can find a steel body even if it means I never do.

anyone can love the prewar willys bodies... it takes a real mad to dig the flat fender willys

 

I love the '40 '41s, I had a chance to owen a '41 steel body a few years back, but the guy found out what he had and then got stupid on the price, he ended wanting $12,000 for a rough car just to much for me to pay I think he ended up parting it out.

 

Does a 54 Willys Wagon count?

 

My 32 has pretty much been plastered on here for the last month. Count me in.

 

Have an all original 53 Willys Aero Eagle. Just need to find the front floormat.

i built a 52 2 yrs ago and raced it all last yr , sold it and sent it lake havasu ariz. was a blast to race and everyone liked it

 

I love Willys, have 2, a 41 sedan G***er and a 39 sedan street rod.

 

i saw the movie "hot rod" as a young teenager and have been hooked on willys since then. dont own one and never will, but you just gotter love em!

 

I always liked em. Here's a stocker from the Hot Rod reunion in Ardmore.

 

It would probably be easier to count the hot rodders who DON'T like the 39-41 Willys Coupes.

Another car I'd like to own one of these days...

I have a 51 Willys wagon- all Chevy drive train.70 LT1 350, Turbo 400, chrome 55 rear axle. Looking for grill mldgs and Willys script bumper to cut down for the front.

 

My father and I lovem he has a coupe thats prostreeted but its taistful....I like the nose bleed style.

Nearly everyone likes willys eventhough their on every corner today.Gl*** or steel they are as popular as a 32 5-window.I had a 41 coupe and a 42 p/u years ago and am now looking for a pick-up.

 

Sweet rides, evrybody! Good to see a couple Aeros in there. Not many were made, I read somewhere there's only 750 left on the road...that seems a little low....

My girlfriend wanted a Wagon, but we found this one right here in town. It's a four door so we can take friends cruizin". The more the merrier!

I fibergl***ed the trays on the side, so they are water proof, it'll hold 6 cases of beer and ice.

 

I have always loved them too! I had a 40 pickup and my father had a 33 coupe.Theres a aero 2 dr sedan in a s**** yard near me but it is rough,looks like it has been sitting for ever outside...

I would love to see more pics of this in out under I have always wanted to see one uncut I guess it would be like seeing a 32 ford uncut sure they exist but very few . PLEASE with nitro on top.

I have a 1930 5w coupe that i have just started working on.

 

I'm a huge Willys Fan! My dad has had his 40 Willy coupe for about 30 years! I grew up on g***ers my whole life. Can't wait until i get myself one someday.
