Not sure. Except for Covid, I always went for decades. But gas prices, Carlisle's always increasing parking and entrance fees and the increase of late model and imported stuff and decrease of real hot rod parts are damping my enthusiams. Will probably wait for a good weather report.
I have been to the Ford show a few times and yep, you are right on availability. Unfortunately my schedule will not allow me to go in June.
Yes, I am going. I live close now, but if I still lived in Connecticut I would still drive the 5 hours down, stay in a motel, eat at a diner, pay the price for gas. Live your life.
Leaving Weds. after work. Be there selling and buying cool stuff. J 153 Look for the empty Genny light beer cans
I happen to be in the area visiting my daughter that attends college in Gettysburg for the weekend from Texas- I have never been, is this a good swap to sneak over to for a bit?? Thanks, Dave
You may be pleasantly surprised by the spread and variety of goods. Plan on more than a few hours to wander.
By all means! Also The Blue & Gray pub in the square has a pound of steamed shrimp for $14. *edit - 16, still a deal. Couldn't resist, took the wife out today.
Love the Blue & Gray, sound like a great deal! Great town you live in, I visit quit a bit in the Fall for my kid's soccer games- she plays for the college there, big bonus to hit the swap meet this time.
