    Thomas:

We just received a phone call from a film production company that will be shooting a movie in Schenectady starring Keith Carradine that needs background cars for filming. The film is about a 1977 murder that happened in Wisconsin, and they're looking for cars from 1968-1977 and although the filming begins February 9 for about a month, they're not sure which days they'll need the cars for.

For more information, contact Nick Barber at the Schenectady Film Alliance at (518) 374 8821 or (518) 496 5203 or via e-mail at ncbarber@juno.com.

I guess we're quickly becoming the place that people come to when they want to know everything about cars!

Don't fear the movie guys fellas. I did the cars for one last summer and they were VERY well taken care of.

Is the movie going to be shot in Wisconsin? If so, I've got a '73 Mercedes diesel that's all stock.

Hmm, that's odd. My mom keeps talking about some movie set in the seventies that's being shot in Flint starring Bruce Willis. She says they're looking for early seventies cars for that one too. This isn't some kind of scam, is it?
