Anybody know about a White Eagle carb and base?

Got this carb in a bunch of parts that came with a T-bucket project that had been kicking around since the mid 70's.
Almost looks to be a single barrel carb on a 4 barrel adapter.
Can anyone ID this or have any info?

The carburetor resembles a Fish.

OK, I did find something searhing about a fish carburator.
Guess they were put out on a White Eagle base in the later years.
Something about being a high mileage or fuel efficient design?

Any one else know any more about these things?
