Anybody know of this '56 4-dr custom?

Friend of mine just picked up this car and wanted to see if anybody had any old info on it...
looks like it had some red flames at one time

No info on it but I like it, the headlight and tail light treatment is neat. Hope some history can be found.

 

I don't know the car,but like many womwen,it has a nice *** but the face needs a little work

 

amateurish work on the area below the headlights, as if the constructor didn't know what to do so he just bent some flat metal around - even parking lights would have broken up that blank area. I'm less critical (who woulda guessed?!!!!??) of the rear, the bodywork seems well done F&R, and the taillights look more finished overall.
