Hot Rods Anybody know this car?

Saw this awhile back for sale on ebay, wondering if anybody on here knows who owns it. I'm interested in what size the rims/tires are and the brand. Thanks

The rims are factory .....I have set available...tires. Probably Coker...

 

Thanks. I was hoping for wheel size. If they're stock rims I'm guessing they would be 16" but I'm wondering tire size. I bought BF Goodrich white walls for my '40 sedan but the rears don't fill the fender like I would like them to. My rims are 15" though.
